Buenos noches!

There are definitely many other things I could be doing at the moment, but I decided that the few and proud readers needed something and I needed to express. Not really much in the line of biking/racing going on at the moment since I have accepted the new position. This is probably a good thing or otherwise I would be coming into next season way toooo hot. I do wish I could attend the double-header cyclo-x races in Breckenridge and Frisco this weekend. It would be a really good cross course and might even have some elements of mud, snow, and cold to make it that much tougher. Oh well I will be heading down to CO Springs instead to meet more people within USA Cycling and many of the local association reps and regional coordinators. It will be fun and USAC is even putting Heather and I up in a hotel for the evening. That is great since I can tell the 75 mile commute will get old really quick if I am not careful dealing with both the Springs traffic and Denver traffic. I was definitely not made to be in the car that long, but I will do it for a bit and see where it takes me.

Well sorry for the boring post but maybe I will have some good ones soon as I'm doing some UCI races coming up in Boulder next month and hopefully traveling down to Durango again to visit the dynomite Dave Timmons as well.

Lates for now,
D

new news to you and you'll probably hear this from me before you read it but.. i think I may have an interview in the springs in the next couple of weeks.. and since we all know i'm comfortable with spending hours on end in my car i'll only be making the commute 3-4 days a week! yeah! anyway... see ya tonight!

digging the MSU sweatshirt in your pics. My bro and my dad both played baseball for murray. Came across you blog checking on the BEC. I'm from Golconda, Il and made the move to Denver from STL, 3 years ago, but just finished my 2nd season of racing. Congrats on the USA cycling job. Maybe I'll see ya at a cross race, one my good friends races the open division as well, and i often come to watch.

Ciao
